Behind the Finish
Concrete staining transforms ordinary gray concrete into a rich, variegated surface with the depth and character of natural stone. Unlike paint or coatings that sit on top, stains penetrate the concrete and react chemically with the cement paste — creating color that will never peel, chip, or flake.
We offer two primary stain families. Acid stains (like Brickform Blush-Tone) react with the calcium hydroxide in concrete to produce earthy, translucent tones — amber, rust, bronze, and charcoal — with a mottled, one-of-a-kind appearance. Water-based stains offer a broader color palette including blues, greens, and blacks, with a more uniform and predictable finish.
Every staining project is sealed with a premium product matched to the environment: high-gloss solvent-based sealer for a wet, saturated look; eco-friendly water-based sealer for a natural matte finish; or epoxy for maximum durability in high-traffic or commercial settings. Whether your concrete is newly poured or decades old, staining brings it to life.
What We Deliver
Acid Stain (Blush-Tone)
Brickform Blush-Tone acid stain creates colors with real depth — from burnished leather to natural stone. Each application is unique and captivating.
Water-Based Stain
A broader color palette including vibrant blues, greens, and blacks. More uniform and predictable than acid stain, with excellent UV stability.
Interior & Exterior
Staining works equally well on interior floors, patios, driveways, and walkways — bringing rich color to any concrete surface, new or old.
Epoxy Sealer
For high-traffic or commercial interiors, epoxy sealer provides maximum durability and a glass-like finish that amplifies the stain color beneath.
High-Gloss Solvent Sealer
A wet-look solvent-based sealer that saturates and deepens stain colors while protecting against water, salt, and UV damage. Ideal for exterior surfaces.
Eco-Friendly Water-Based Sealer
Low-VOC, environmentally responsible sealer with a natural matte finish — perfect for interior spaces and LEED-conscious projects.

to Completion
Surface Prep
The concrete is thoroughly cleaned and profiled to remove contaminants and open the surface for optimal stain penetration.
Stain Application
Acid or water-based stain is applied in controlled layers, with techniques like spraying, brushing, or mopping used to achieve the desired variation.
Neutralize & Clean
For acid stains, the surface is neutralized and residue is removed to halt the chemical reaction and prepare for sealing.
Seal & Protect
A premium sealer — epoxy, solvent, or water-based — is applied to lock in the color and protect the surface for years to come.
